Fantastic Disney Vacation Rental Home
We throughly enjoyed our stay in your lovely home! The location was perfect, as it allowed us to get to and from the parks in minimal time. We loved having the 4 master bedrooms with their own private bathrooms! We also enjoyed that, after long days at the theme parks, we were able to come back to soak in the private jacuzzi. We are very hopeful to return again soon! Kelly

Submitted: September 17, 2022Are party of 10 adults stayed the week of June 4-11, 2022. The house is so spacious and was clean upon arrival. The pool and spa were fantastic. The community was quiet and we all felt safe. We would definitely stay here again. John was gracious and checked in on us.

We couldn’t have asked for a better home for our extended family if 12! We took a year to plan a Disney trip for our 3 children, their spouses and our 4 grandchildren. This house allowed each couple to have their own quiet space including a private bedroom and bathroom. Having our own pool was key and we spent hours enjoying the pool and hot tub. Being so close to Disney, but paying half the price, was such a bonus, and having a home where we could prepare our meals saved us so much money. After the kids went to bed, the adults could play cards and relax together, something we wouldn’t have been able to do in 4 hotel style rooms. Our host was very responsive to emails and texts and very helpful with answers to our many questions. We spent 3 days at Disney Parks, 1 day at a character breakfast and then Disney Springs, and one day at Island H2O water park (highly recommend…. Very close to the house and cheaper than Disney water parks). Our last day we stayed at the house and enjoyed the pool, did laundry so we weren’t going home with all dirty clothes, and just relaxed. Do not hesitate if you’re thinking about renting this place! It’s just great!

I had booked this rental 10 months in advance. Paid promptly, and received all the information promised and so much more! John is an attentive, welcoming, and helpful owner that is very appreciated. The house was as advertised and more! We had multi family week long trip, and bc of the accommodations it was better than a Disney resort. We were able to wake up and spend time together, have our own beds and bathrooms. We were at capacity plus two infants, and there was plenty of room! Thank you for making our Four day Disney extravaganza even more magical. I honestly cannot say enough about how spoiled you feel staying here. With the two infants we would leave the park drop off someone at the house and go back to the parks without inconvenience because it is so close.

My full family along with some friends all stayed in the house. At one point there were a total of 12 people staying in the house and it was extremely comfortable. No one got In each other’s way and we still had room for family dinners and to hang out. We kept finding different f things we forgot at home that the house had available to us. We were only a few minutes from Disney and Universal Studios which were the main reason for traveling to the area. There were restaurants and grocery stores nearby for convenience. The owner was very quick to respond if we had an issue arise during our stay. We absolutely loved the house!

We recently stayed at this property the week before Thanksgiving. The pictures do not do it justice! So beautiful and comfortable! We had 9 adults and a toddler and this house was perfect! We had absolutely everything we needed..all the rooms were beautiful and beds comfortable. We will come back again for our next Disney trip! Our recent stay was the second time we booked John's incredible vacation home. We were pleased to see so many upgrades in the home since our last stay. Everything in the house was in perfect working order and very well maintained. The adults enjoyed the privacy of king suites with attached bathrooms and the kids enjoyed the themed twin bedrooms, along with their own private swimming pool! The house is close to the parks, restaurants, and shopping, making it the perfect base for any Disney vacation. John is a fantastic owner. He is very helpful and attentive -- providing detailed information about the home and the general area prior to your visit. He even called shortly after our check in time to make sure everything was satisfactory in the house. John truly cares about the families who rent his home and strives to make sure everyone has the best stay possible. Our family wouldn't consider staying anywhere but Diamond on the Island for our Disney vacations! Thanks so much John for all you do in sharing your magical vacation home!

We had an awesome stay at this house. Everything is just like the pictures if not more beautiful. If you want to stay in and cook everything is there - if you want to go out - tons of options close by. The owner John called the night of our arrival and went over several things in the house to make sure we got the most out of our stay. The pool and hot tub area are divine! Emerald Isle is a nice gated community - if you’re planning a trip to Florida- don’t sleep on this one!!! Definitely worth the money to stay here and have all the comforts of home.

My family of 10 stayed July 3-10. The home provided excellent convenience with 4 master suites, 2 other bedrooms each with twin beds. The pool was the perfect size and the location was perfect. We loved our stay!!!

The house was better then I pictured! It was huge every room was perfect had the most comfiest beds & came with everything we needed crib, playpen, baby gate & more! The best part was the beautiful pool with hot tub also the washer & dryer. Host/owner was super kind I can’t thank him enough for letting my family enjoy his air BnB!
