I am a proud father of seven and grandfather of ten, with a deep appreciation for Disney that began in 1976 and continues to this day. Few places offer more vacation possibilities than the Orlando area, making it the perfect destination for family getaways. We watched this development take shape in 2000 and knew it was the ideal location for a short-term rental home—one that our children and grandchildren could enjoy while also welcoming guests in between. The Financial Crisis of 2007–08 was a challenging time for the community, but as Treasurer and later President of the Homeowner’s Association, I helped maintain a healthy cash flow, ensuring the preservation of vital landscaping services. The location is nearly unbeatable—just three miles from Disney. Animal Kingdom is a quick 10-minute drive, Disney’s Hollywood Studios is 15 minutes away, and the Magic Kingdom is only 20 minutes from our doorstep. Many have even remarked that the lush landscaping within the resort feels like a seamless extension of Disney’s own. Our home is designed to provide everything imaginable for a magical and unforgettable vacation experience.
